Barn Building Quick & Simple If Planned Correctly

This is the primary means of building out buildings here in the Spokane Washington State are. I have two. One which I made because I wanted to build a building myself and one which I paid to have made. In our area, a 1200 sq ft building 10 feet high at the eaves with cement floor and two garage doors cost me about 20k. No electric in that price and no insulation.

I have done the roof insulation two ways. One with a one inch vapor barrier and one with half or 5/8 inch 4×8 foot boards (chip board or plywood) Not being able to drill straight, I much prefer the board as the birds do not nest in it and if I have to go on the roof, it is stronger.
